6.1

Meetings. Meetings of the general membership may be called by the President, the Board of Directors, or by written petition of ten percent (10%) of the membership.

6.2

Notification. Notices of the general membership meetings including date, place, time, and purpose of the meeting shall be made available to all members at least five working days before the meeting except during crisis situations. In the case of emergency meetings during crisis, the Board of Directors shall adopt procedures to notify the membership of meeting dates, places, and times.

6.3

Quorum. A quorum for meetings of the general membership shall be 50% of the membership.
