Collective Bargaining Agreement |

1.1

The Articles and provisions contained herein constitute a bilateral and binding agreement ("Agreement") by and between the Garden Grove Unified School District ("District") and the Garden Grove Education Association/C.T.A./N.E.A. ("Association") an employee organization.

1.2

The Agreement is entered into pursuant to Chapter 10.7, Sections 3540-3549, of the Government Code ("Act").

1.3

The Agreement shall remain in full force and effect from July 1, 2020 - June 30, 2021
